Open DMR total cost changing

Hi friends,

I have created project and maintained say 50% billable on WBS and I am using resource related billing RRB and created DMR( debit memo request). Now I have posted 100 Rs so it came as actual cost in DMR and total cost would be 100/0.50 =200 as maintained in formula so total cost would be 200.

Now my DMR is open and I am changing billable % on WBS to 100 % so my question is whether total cost should be changed or not as it is coming now 100.

Is it correct? I don' t think so.
