Need to Set Customized monitors from CCMS.

Hi All,

I need to set the customized monitors from CCMS so that an alert in form of a mail will be triggered. Can some one route me to the online material which will guide me for that.

Note: SCOT is already configured, so I just need to configure the ccms .
