    Hello Suresh,

Maybe your question is the same as how long it would cost to process a message in PO system and how to monitor message count during some time range.

As far as I know, it should be related to the complexity of the scenario you design in PO system.

As to a whole message processing, it includes mapping, receiver determination, interface determination, etc.

The more complex each step is designed, the more time it would cost.

Regarding how to monitor message processing during some time range, you could go to http://host:port/nwa -> SOA -> Monitoring -> PI Performance Monitoring.

The smallest aggregation interval is 15 minutes so we cannot figure out the number of messages can be processed in ONE SECOND which is too short.

Hope info above can be clear to your question.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards, Faison

Before installing the system, basically basis people will gather these information. like they will look at the besiness requirement and determine how many messages per day will be processed. what would be the max payload size?

Based on that they will do the sizing and install the PI system. Tools are available for sizing, you just feed these inputs and you will get the required hardware info.
