Hi
is there anyone of you have EvGET that is not working well in other Application Set??
Create EvGET in AppSet A then change AppSet into B, abakadabra when i refresh the value shown up in Appset A is blank in AppSet B.
just other information AppSet B is a full copy of AppSet A.
Thanks for ypur kindly help.
I think I understood now.
I think the problem it is actually the order how you refresh.
Do you have an EVGET where the parameters are depend9ing by the refresh of the other sheet?
I suppose this is the problem.
Evget in this context is working asyncron.
Try to put static parameters fo EVGET or at least which are not related to rows to be refresh from other sheet.
I suppose it will work in this way.
So the problem is not really evget it is actually the order how the operations are executed into excel.
This is something which you have to control. What has to be refresh first and what has to be refresh after.

Just try to do full optimize for application where you are trying to use evget().
It seems you don't have the value into SSAS or you don't have right to get the values.
This was the reason asking you to process the security in my previous posting.

Hi Sorin,
after finish full optimize and set SSAS as you told, stil doesn't work.
My workbook have 2 sheet contain EvGET. If i delete second sheet EvGET works well but when the second sheet is on the place EvGET not working, some row in sheet 2 manually linked to first sheet by excel standard formula.
Thanks..
Did you process the security into appset B?
Do you have into appset B the same current view like into Appset A?
I think one of these two things are missing from your tests and this can cause the fact that you are not able to see the same value with evget.

Hi,
If you have EVGET in a report for appset A, this cannot fetch data from appset B. A report cannot fetch data from a different appset. For this, you need to have the report available in appset B. Then, you will be able to fetch from appset B.
Hope this helps.
