Printing envelopes

Hello,

I noticed in the CR samples, that there is sample report

that shows how to create mailing labels. Is there a

sample/demo report that shows how to create envelopes?

The enevelopes would contain a return address in the

upper-left corner of the envelope, and the company name

and the address would be located in the center of the envelope.

The envelope dimensions would be a standard #10 (4 1/8" x 9 1/2").
