Hello All,
1. Give me some examples of FI support project Tickets and what solutions you given.
2. what are the tools using in SAP support project.
3.Tickets are solved with in SLA, if in case time crossed in to solve with SLA, what will be the scenario.
4. After completing the Implementation, what is the next step.
5. Can you show the sample Business Blue Print (BPP)
6. Is BPP have complete information about client requirements or procedure steps like creation company code with path and Tcode..
These are my doubts in SAP. you mention question no with answer..
