Show Details summed by Shipment instead of Shipment Transaction

The data source for the report contains Shipping transactions. We need to show the sum of shipping transactions per shipment. Here is what I have tried:

1. Using a CrossTab - Sort of works but it is very undesirable for our use case.

2. Using Select Expert - I just don't know how to write a formula to show only unique records. This seems like a hack.

Attached is a preview of the report as it is today. As well as an image marked up highlighting how I am wishing the report could be.

I don't want the transaction level details to be displayed(This data is crossed out). I want to see one entry per shipment with the SUM of all the shipment transaction quantities.

Hi Dan,

1. Go to the Group Expert > Add the Shipment field to the Group List

2. Right-click the Shipment transaction Qty field > Insert > Summary. Choose "Sum" as the summary operation and under Summary Location choose the Group field for Shipment

3. Suppress the Details Section

4. Move all fields including the summary to the Group Footer

5. Suppress the Group Header.
