BFC : Excel Link Web Import Data failed

while importing data from FC to excel using excel link , the process stops and an error comes out "failed to import data"
what should i do?

Can you please check the following KBAs and see if you are in these scenarios:

2652767 - Failed to import data - FC

1279731 - BFC : Excel Link Web Import Data failed

1717580 - Failed to import data using Excel Links Web -FC

im not an S-user , i couldnt check those links but based on the titles i think its the same error
