7.0
Company A / Sales org A
Company B / Sales Org B
Company C / Sales Org C
Requirement of the company is that agents only deal with documents / customers in their own organization.
In CRM 7.0 the refernece customer in t-code CRMC_BUPA_CONSUM is a single customer for all orgs.
What we see in 7.0 from 5.0 is when a new CRM006 is created in the CIC and replicates to ECC the sales order data in table KNVV is getting created for sales org A / B / C which appears to update CRMC_BUPA_CONSUM with the additional orgs and creates the additional sales area data in BP.
Because we limited Basis security for a sales org A agent to sales org A, they immediately get errors that they are not authorized for sales org B & C when saving the customer (and prevvents creation of the interaction ticket)
We don't have a follow the sun where agents accross the world support the same customer but limited to their company.
In 5.0 we could see the CRM006 was only creating the KNVV data in a single sales org. It is an RFC user that creates the ECC data so I don't think I can resolve this via security of the agent?
