Controlling area is not assigned to an FM area

Dear Experts

I am getting message in the assignment of fund center and cost center "Controlling area HT01 is not assigned to an FM area"

i have assign company code with fund management area. can anyone tell me what have missing?

FRC3 is obsolete; you should use FMDERIVE. See this link for FMDERIVE functionality:
