Condition Record not determined for J1W1

Hi,

I have done the configuration for withholding tax following Note : 178824 (I am using routine 83 not 983)

while on the sales order, the condition record is not getting determined even though the record is maintain.

in the analysis of J1W1 condition type, system says that Tax rel. classif. is missing. (A397-J_1ATXREL, KOMK-J_1ATXREL)

For the sake of testing, I entered J1W1 manually and double clicked it and entered the Tax code, then I did the billing, system ran perfectly fine and also posting to FI was done.

Now,I want to know were do we maintain Tax rel. classif. (master data, transaction data etc)

please note that I have configured the Tax rel. classif. in SPRO then only thing I want to know were it should be maintained so that system can determine the condition record.
