fixed insp scope

Hi, activated 03 insp type in mat master. in roouting 2 operations created, each operation 100% samplying procedure (without insp points) assigned for mic's. created prod order for 2 qty and in qa32, while results recording, it is showing fixed insp scope (inspect 1*1.00) for 1 qty only. my req is system should allow me to enter values of 2 parts, where as sample size showing in insp lot as 2. pls note that i have maintained fixed scope in mic thru control indicators. pls advise how to rectify the same.
