Error while connecting to Addon

Hi,

While connecting to developed addon there is an error in some client machines, error is retreving COM class factory for componeny with CLSDI {632f4591-AA62-4219-8FB6-22BCF5F62007} failed due to fallowing error 8007007e

Can any one help me in resolving this issue ASAP. Thanks in advance

Hi Nani,

Is related to Crystal report add-on?? Then install crystal reports and check coz this is crystal error.

Hi Sachin,

we had developed an addon for one of our client . we had kept crystal reports earlier later we had removed reports from it. But the major challange is it is working in Server and few clients,but it is not working in few clients. Should i install any supportive softwares in the clients where iam unable to connect

Hi Nani,

In this case try with dot net frame work and crystal setup on that system.
