Error while connecting to Addon

Hi,

While connecting to developed addon there is an error in some client machines, error is retreving COM class factory for componeny with CLSDI {632f4591-AA62-4219-8FB6-22BCF5F62007} failed due to fallowing error 8007007e

Can any one help me in resolving this issue ASAP. Thanks in advance
