Question on Confirmation

Hi Friends

We are on SRM 7.0 ECS, SRM-SUS, CONF send from SUS to SRM,In SRM it is getting automatically approved even though we have 2 step approval process It is not even posting the documents in the backend also.Has any has come across such issue. How to resolve the issue please let me know

Check your business process configuration, depending on your workflow type ( Application-Controlled Workflow or Process-Controlled Workflow )
