Is there any way to delete or set the flag as Del in PP order when there are balances in it ???

Actually it was not allowing to set the status as Del flag when there are balances in the order.
Yes . use CO02 - Function tab and header - deletion flag activate. you can also TECO or LOCK the order click on restrict processing set technically complete or close
