Process Chain

The process chain has been scheduled to run daily (every night at 11:00pm).

1) For some reason, I would like to run this Process Chain now. How can I trigger this Process Chain to run immediately now?

2) Can we do that?

3) If yes, will it impact the schedule time?

Please advise, thanks.

You can run the process chain using function module RSPC_API_CHAIN_START

If you would like to run the process chain now, then go to SM37 and look for the scheduled job for today.- this specifies you that the scheduled process chain at 11:PM.

change the job to run immediately instead of changing the process chain varaint to run immediately.

If the process chain is finished before the scheduled time then it won't impact.

or else you have an option to copy the same job and then scheduled it immediately.

Hope this helps.

Reddy
