Steps to build a custom hierarchy in BW

Hello Guys,

I need to create a custom hierarchy in BW based on a flat file. Can you please let me know if there is any how to document in SAP or any blog or any other useful resource which contains all the steps from loading the flat file to a table or DSO and then the ABAP code ( BADI's or user exists) available for creating the custom hierarchy in BW. If possible I need some sample ABAP code on the hierarchy creation. If you can point it to the document or provide me with the detail steps on creating a custom hierarchy in BW 7.5 then it will be great. Thanks in advance for the help.
