Sales Org Popup is NOT DYSPLAYED

Hi Friends,

I'm currently working with CRM 7.0 and customizing IC_AGENT profile to my client.

When creating a new quotation transaction, the sales org popup is not displayed and I have to insert values manually.

I´m using sales org profile with rule 10000144 where sales org and dist chan is obligatory.

Is there something about popups ? blocked popups??

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Nivea,

1) Apart from Pepe's recommendations, can you confirm if this is working with GUI, I mean if you are creating the same thing, with same partner in CRMD_ORDER, is it coming up with a pop-up?

2) If you are not successful in step 1, Go to Tcode, PFAC and simulate the determination rule and check if anything is returned there.

3) If you are successful in 2 and not in 1, run buffer update program and try once again.

Pay attention to the browser you are using... only IE is 100% compatible.

Hi,

Please check in the org model for the sales org you have ticked the check box for Object Permitted for determination in the Attributes tab, scenario Sales.

Also check if Sales area is maintained for the business partner.
