Sales Org Popup is NOT DYSPLAYED

Hi Friends,

I'm currently working with CRM 7.0 and customizing IC_AGENT profile to my client.

When creating a new quotation transaction, the sales org popup is not displayed and I have to insert values manually.

I´m using sales org profile with rule 10000144 where sales org and dist chan is obligatory.

Is there something about popups ? blocked popups??

Any help will be appreciated!
