SSN changes for W2C

Hi experts,

I need to change the SSN for some employees to generate W2Cs.

Do you know how or where can I do this?

Hello,

Before changing the SSN in IT 0002, dynamic action should be customized as mentioned in Tax reporter year end guide for 2009, available at "Service.sap.com/hrusa". You can also refer the note 522936 for more information. After you added the dynamic action mentioned in the note for IT 0002 when you make change in IT0002 for SSN it will update entry in T5UQR, which is used for Automatic employee selection in W2C.

Hi

Currently making a new w2c form. Where do the fields for the stat totla wages come from. For eg in the RCT field T017 this is an entry, where can I find these fields eg.T025, T021?

if anyone knows please explain
