Fourth and back functionality - SRM 7.0 (Process Controlled workflow)

Hi Experts,

I have to implement fourth and back functionality in SC workflow.

Approver A --- Approved.

Approver B --- Inquired

Sent back to Requester and after correction he will resubmit it. SAP by default sending it to Approver A for approval. But i want work item needs to go to Approver B directly by skipping Approver A Process Level.

I am not sure how can i achieve this functionality..

Any suggestions on this.
