CRM_TERRMAN_EMP_ASSIGN

Hello together,

do you know the report CRM_TERRMAN_EMP_ASSIGN (which calls the function module CRM_TERRMAN_EMP_ASSIGN)? This report for the territory management assigns the employees to the territories. I thought, there is the possibility to add own z-relations to the territories. But in the function module i found the following code:

lv_partner_guid = <fs_bp_guid>.
          CALL FUNCTION 'BUPA_RELATIONSHIPS_GET'
            EXPORTING
              businesspartnerguid      = lv_partner_guid
              iv_relationship_category = 'BUR011'
            TABLES
              et_relationships         = lt_relns.

The relationship is BUR011. But what does the customizing point 'Assign Partner Function to Assignment Function Category' (CRM->Master Data->Territory Management) mean? Could i add own z-relations or not? I'm a little bit confused and the documentation about this topic is very bad.
