Hi.
Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the system status of "Completed" for a Corrective/Preventive Action in Audit Management? We have users who have erroneously set this status and can no longer edit their actions. The "Undo" button does not offer any options under this circumstance.

We have solved the issue by temporarily opening up the "Completed" status to allow for the deletion of these actions. In this way the users can recreate new ones that can be edited. The system status of "Completed" has been further restricted from use using User Status Profile settings so that this situation does not recur.

Hi Ryan.
We opened up the System Status "AM03 Completed" temporarily (transaction BS22) to allow the CAPAs to be deleted in the system. Once they were deleted we closed this system status back down to what it was originally. The users then recreated their CAPAs.
We further modified our user status profile for CAPAs to restrict the users from being able to complete the CAPA (among other transactions they wanted prevented). In this way they remain editable.
