How to automatically block PRs

Hi!

I want to block PR´s automatically after creation i.e. a block indicator needs to be set.

The approval will then take place in an external system which would then take away the block

and set the status to released.

What is the minimum of config in terms of release strategy that needs to be done in this case?

You need to create a release strategy with just one characteristic say plant and make one line strategy for the same for having minimum block.
