role to restrict for personnel area which is transferred personnel

Hello,

We have some difficulties on giving roles to key user. We give permission to key users seperated by payroll area which is unique for personnel areas. Every key user responsible their personnel areas and personnels. No one able to see another personnel informations. When a personnel transferred to new personnel area, we will have a problem.

For example:

Personnel A belongs to X000 personnel area and its responsible for Key user B

personnel A transferred to Y000 personnel area its responsible will be Key user C.

Now, Key user C must see evey information belongs to personnel A. and Key user B will not see any information about personnel A.

Any help will be pleased.

Create 2 roles (for X000 & Y000) and in "change role authorization (in PFCG)", allow PA X000 for first role & allow PA Y000 for second role (use auth.object P_ORGIN).

Assign role1 to B and role2 to C. Also maintain ADAYS parameter in table T77S0 (switch AUTSW) with your required tolerance limit (default is 15 days - means, A can be still controlled by B for 15 days, afterwards, B will not be allowed to control).
