Hi All
Standard complaint management system has been implemented in CRM 5.0 and the same is worked on web client.When
tried to create complaint for the sales order having substitution scenario where by a material is replaced in by another material in R/3 and the same is replicated in CRM for creating complaints.
For this particular scenario, when trying to create complaint system is
giving 2 error message "No sales specific customizing entries maintained
for item category ZSBD" and
"No sales specific customizing entries maintained
for item category ZORD"
ZORD is a higher level item category and ZSBD is lower level item category.
On seeing the performance assistance of the error shows the message -
"The entry you wish to read is missing in table CRMC_SALES_ITEM'
However checked the above table, the entry is maintained for both item
categories
Do anyone have any idea how to resolve this ?
