Importing fixed assets problem

Dear All ,

Good Day !

I am trying to import fixed assets to sap b1 9.3 PL 5 using the import from excel function and every time the system come's up with this note

then the system is no longer responding although the configurations was properly set it's not responding any more

how can i get through this problem ??

i tried to upload the data with DTW using the oitm and itm7 templates it was imported successfully but there is some data still missing and i can't upload it ( APC,Quantity,Remaining Life and Accumulated depreciation )

is there any more templates to upload these data ??

Thanks for your respond i tried to upload using the template you suggested i got that error displayed in figure " FA 3 " in figure " FA 4 " you will find the excel sheet which i upload in figure " FA 5 " You will find the mapping in sap b1 import from excel every thing seems to be ok but still i got errors

Dear MAHMOUD AMIN,

Try creating the Excel template as per the attached template and upload using Excel import for fixed asset function.

Remove the excel header while uploading.
