Thanks for the valuable comment. I need another suggestion from you, which is given below:

We started implementing S4Hana version 1809 in our organization, which belongs to the manufacturing industry. We are having multiple (eight) verticals of business under one profit center and one work center is producing several vertical of products. As the profit centers are eight(8,i.e vertical wise) for one department (say production), in that case how to allocate cost center wise cost distribution for different verticals,

1) in case of auto entry like production , GR/IR etc.

2) in case of manual entry like issue, g/l posting etc.

In standard SAP, you map CC to PC and PC to Segment.. So, only one segment per CC

But you can use BAdI FAGL_DERIVE_SEGMENT and use your own logic to derive the Segment
