Experts:
When a mail is sent, the exit rule doesn't trigger the exits.
What would be the problem. Please throw some light on what are the things that I need to check.
Thanks in advance,
Vijai
Did someone find the solution for this problem?
Thanks

I still don´t understand, probably it is a problem on my side...
I have created a exit rule b y linking the exit and the email id.
When I fill in the offline form and send it to the email id, the exit is not getting called.
Can you please explain what is the exit rule?
How can you link "exit" and emailid? What do you expect this to do?
I would understand the exit is in ERP, but after sending a form, how can any exit be called?
If you would kindly clarify, you may get some more help.
Regards Otto

I don't think so, if you're using Lotus Notes as e-mail client.
Just wondering... have you check with your Technology team or Network Admin. the routing rules within Exchange or whatever e-mail server you're using there?
Meaning... if you set up the e-mail in SCOT as INCOMING_SAP@ COMPANY.COM, that email must be configured in the e-mail server to be redirected to the SAP Server. Am I being clear enough?
Hope that helps.
Cheers, Andres.
I don´t understand where are the Adobe forms in your problem. Please elaborate if you think it is truly Adobe related or move to another forum. Otto

Otto:
I am working on Offline Adobe form.
I have created the offline form and the class to process it. I have created a exit rule b y linking the exit and the email id.
When I fill in the offline form and send it to the email id, the exit is not getting called.
I would like to know the possible errors.
