Workflow problem

Hi Gurus,

We are facing workflow problem while creating PCN.

The problen is when the PCN is approved by the first approver, the status is not workflow not available with second approver.

When we analysed the workflow we found that "Exclusive Counter is not set"

This problem appears once in a while.

Please explain to me why it happens and the possible solution for the same.

    Hello,

    Is this a custom workflow, or a standard one? If standard, which one?

    Any other errors in the workflow log?

    I would check the step that produces that error to see where it's coming from.
