REM backflush

Former Member

Hi all

This is an issue related to REM.

Pl go through the below scenario---

a externally procured raw material is consumed in production without doing the GR. There R other material also which is required in the production. but system is giving error for only that material which has been used without GR. The error is DEFICIT OF SL UNRESTRICTED USE . now the material which is not backflushed for that back log is getting generated and system gives the cumulative data for all the backflush.

our requirement is system should give the individual data of backflush deficit instead of cumulative, so that it can be posted on the same date it has been used in the production

Regards

Kumar

Dear Verma,

The error is DEFICIT OF SL UNRESTRICTED USE .

Usually the above error occurs when there is no enough stock in storage location

More over are you doinf confirmation in MFBF or collectively

Check the REM proile settings

Dear,

If there are backlogs from the backflush in repetitive manufacturing. You can display these using Transaction MF47 and/or Transaction COGI. The repetitive manufacturing profile of the assembly provides for the generation of collective AND individual postprocessing records.

An inconsistency may arise between a collective record and the respective single records, that is, the quantity of the collective record is not equal to the cumulative quantity of the respective single records.

Please refer this thread for details,

Hi,

ONCE U CHECK THE INDIVIDUAL AUTOMATICALLY BOTH WILL BE CHECKED.

U CANNOT CHECK ONLY INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT CHECKING CUMULATIVE

Hi

check the t code MF47 whether postprocessing records are creating or not. and also in REM profile whether you have done error correction in dialog mode as optional as it goes with postprocessing records.
