GL Account and Cost Element Mapping

Is GL account can be mapped with Cost element on one to one relationship

My requirement is

Chemical 1 - GL Account 405000 - This can go to cost center 1 - Profit Center1 OR Cost center 2 - Profit center 2

In the Menu, there is facility to map one to one

Please do let us know in which instance you are working its S4 hana or ECC, if its ECC go with KA01!

If you are in ECC, in FS00 also there is one option to create the CE master based upon GL account. It will directly take to CE creation screen.
