GP start with a link

Hi all

My problem is next:

Users must be able to start guided procedures process clicking a link.

I use /webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/caf_eugp_uiinst/AInstantiation link but I recieve the error: The portal page builder required to execute this callable object is not available.

I have seen the link https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=JSTSG&title=%28GP%29ICannotInstantiateaProcessfromDesign+Time&decorator=printable

is there any other way to start process clicking a link????????
