powerbuilder 11.5 problem

i have powerbuilder 11.5 project and it work on my pc .when i run the exe file from another pc and i give the window the parameters ,like two dates to retrieve composite datawindow nothing happend .. no retreiving at all

note : i install the run time on the other pc and i copy the dlls to system32 folder

any help
