The catalog in ME21N is empty after the region change

Hallo all

We changed the region from 3 to 4. After that, the catalog for the new region in the transaction ME21N stopped opening (there is nothing in it). Although it used to display data correctly. Tell me, please, how can I fix it?

Maybe it need customizing?

This was caused by incorrect entries in a customer table. The correction has been made and all is ok now.
