In September of 2009 NACHA introduced the requirement for employers to police employee
direct deposits and where leaving the US to a foreign account requiring the employer to use
an international ACH format. The rules are much more complex than described here, just
wondering what other HCM teams are doing to identify such situations and furthermore to
map to a different ACH format where it occurs.
Have a look at the Payment Medium Workbench. It replaces the old RFFOUS_T for DME creation and is much more customizable.
