Hi

Please check that again:

PR00 = 3000 that is equal to Net Value

VPRS = 1000 that is your cost

Profit Margin PR00-VPRS = 2000

Net Value for Item = 2565 is just a text line which is not flowing to net value of item.

Check VBAP-NETWR value.

In VBAP-NETWR system is not subtracting ZGM1 from PR00 as ZGM1 is marked as statistical. Please have a look at a link shared by Mr.Phanikumar.

Also, please read pricing configuration process in SAP SD that will give you a complete overview as to how pricing works.

As per the screen shots-Surely we can say-you are checking a wrong Pricing procedure Vs your pricing procedure comes in document.

Check the analysis first.

Just Two Points :

1.Once after changing the Pricing Procedure-You need to Rerun the Transactions as suggested by Kamlesh-Are you doing this?

2. A condition type can work as a Statistical condition-if you activate Accrual field in Condition type Controls in V/06.(Please Check the Link https://blogs.sap.com/2012/07/09/statistical-condition-type-but-value-to-post-in-fi/)

@kamlesh.kumar4 thanks for your continous support.

as advised i removed caltyp2 from step 800.

in PP the "statistical" is not marked but in sales order conditions its still showing as statistical.

further i have maintained an additional tax condition(ZGTX) in pricing procedure which is not populating in sales order while maintaining pricing.

find below.

Please remove calculation type 2 from step number 800.

I am surprised to see that Condition type ZGM1 has been marked as "Statistical" in sales order wheres, "statistical" checkbox is un-ticked in pricing procedure ?? Can you please re-confirm that if sales order is created after making changes in pricing procedure or it was created before making changes in pricing procedure.

After considering the aforementioned detail, please create a new sales order and share the outcome.

Assign the From-To step number against "Net value for item"
