leave deduction

Hi

There are 2 group of employees- workers and supervisors

If a worker apply leave for friday and monday , 2 leaves get deducted whereas when an supervisor apply leave for friday and monday , 4 leaves get deducted taking into account for saturday and sunday also

what configuration i have missed out

can anyone explan it clearly
