requirement should not be considered in MRP run

Hi all,

In my project scenario, the requirement is like this -

I am adding materials in project network.

Whichever materials I am adding should not be considered in MRP run.

Please suggest me the settings in order to do this.

Set Reservation/Purch.Req field value to "Never", now system will not consider these requirements in MRP Run. You can default this value in Network profile, so that all the components created under these network bearing this profile will have this value "Never".

to exclude material from MRP check when its assigned to PS, there are few settings...

A.Need to mention Checking rules(SPRO: Project system ->Material->Availability Check--->Define checking rule)

B.Define checking scope OPJJ(SPRO: Project system ->Material->Availability Check--->Define checking scope)

C.Define checking control OPJK(SPRO: Project system ->Material->Availability Check--->Define checking control)

its based on plant,network type and business transaction( for 1 & 2 needs to be maintain). in this material availability No check should be unticked.
