Hi Sushma,

As mentioned ,if yours is a IDOC to File scenrios.,Please try loading the metadata again in IDX2 for the required message type.

As your config seems to be working fine , i think you need to check on the connectivity front.

Hi,

Check you ID configuration once again,in this case your required Interface Determination,Receiver agrement,Receiver Determination and Receiver Communication channel.

just cross check once..

Hi,

I have tested the configuration through Test Configuration.

Configuration is OK.

Is it anyway related to RFC destination or partner profile maintenance?

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards,

Sushama

Hi,

How are you testing the interface end to end or through runtime work bech.

If IDoc received by PI system, then it is problem with configuration only.

Hi ,

Fisrt confirm,Your scenario Between File to IDoc or IDoc to File.??

I given replys thinking that your Scenario IDoc to File.

as i alredy mention let me know are yiou able to receive IDoc successfully in to PI or not.

If yes, then check you configuration,i think you missed something in receiver determination step.

Hi,

As u said in the above post the configuration is fine then..

Is it anyway related to RFC destination or partner profile maintenance?

Yes..

Please check the connection between the PI and the System from which u r posting the IDOC..

Hi Sushama,

Check in SOAP Header->Main and see what is the sender interface and service.. Looks like the name specified in RWB and the actual configuration in ID differs
