Customer-specific data fields on additional tab in Solution Manager Ehp1

Hi,

I have read from Best Practices in Solution Manager Service Desk (1) that is is possible to do customer-specific data fields on additional tab.

"Customers can create further fields that may be necessary to store in SAP database, on an additional tab"

I do not find where this can be done? Does anybody used this feature or know how to add fields to service desk.
