User part of "Administrator" group is unable to create Alias

Hi All,

When we login to BO CMC using user "Administrator" we are able to login to create and assign Alias to any other user.But now any user who is part of "Administrator" group is unable to create and assign Alias to any other user. Can you please let us know which role is missing in the Administrator group.

The "Administrator" user inherently has Full Control access to everything, but the "Administrators" group does not. In CMC -> Users and Groups, go to Manager -> Top level security -> All Users. Check to make sure the Administrators group is there and has Full Control. Also check to make sure the user you're logging in as is NOT denied any necessary rights.

Can you check if the same user is part of other groups as well which has denied this rights? Please check the user in only admin group has same issue or not.

It shows you don't have rights to assign an Alias.

Make sure Administrator group has full access rights and user is not part of any other group which has denied rights
