Purchase requistion should be non editable once assigned to PO or rfq

Kindly help to find a standard or customized solution that Purchase Requisition should not be editable if it is assigned/referenced to a purchase order or RFQ

Please try Badl ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST, method Process_item for adding custom check logic on BSMNG field or reference document field.
