Requirement:
Sick Leave quotas available for the employees.
Quota type Sick Leave (100%) 05 - 30 days, Sick Leave (75%) 06 - 60 days, and Sick Leave (50%) 07- 60 days respectively.
Not included in Time Evaluation. Hence we used to run and update the quota using RPTQTA00 report.
Assume that there are no quota records in 2006 infotype for sick leave.
When an employee creates a First sick leave say for example 16.03.2010 to 18.03.2010. The quota to be created automatically starting date from 16.03.2010 and ending date to be 15.03.2011. All these three quota types of sick leave to be created.
Is there a standard customization or should we have to go for a Z report in creation of the same.
Secondly, how to avoid populating these quota types during Hiring Action....Configured the Default values for Hiring in Time management using RPTQASCR with screen 2251.
