tables not updated after scc1 transport

hi friends

one of our consultant is configuring HR settings so he created a transport request where he made changes to client 100 in our development system and then he tried to transport that to client 300 in the same development system.but the entries in the two clients do no match. in 100 there are 38 entries and in 300 there are still 69 entries so i guess the table was not updated.

the view name is V_T706F

please help me...what is happening wrong in our case.
