ECR/ECO to mass change BOM

Hi All,

Is there a way of replacing one Item for several BOM at the same time with change number, instead of changing one by one?

Is it possible to restrict the changes only to several sales orders?

Is it possible to trigger a BOM change when Item stock qty reaches 0?
