To append a column in a table control and the column should contain a pushbutton

I have a problem, I need to append a column in a table control and the column must contains a push button, when the user clicks the push button the action get triggered for corresponding row.

Add a parameter "CONTENT_ELEMENT" by click Parameter... button.

And use it.
