Dear Experts,
We have EWM enabled inbound delivery. Inbound delivery has raw material in HU and returnable packing material. Goods receipt and putaway for returnable packing material is processed through PPF action. PPF action is triggered when TU is checked in (This TU is linked to inbound delivery).
Soon after PPF is processed a negative and positive stock (same quantity) of returnable material is created on TU. Due to this we are not able to check out TU at the end as it says there is stock on TU.
Please suggest what is the root cause and why stock is getting created on TU during GR and putaway.
Thanks for the help.
Regards,
Pranab
Hi Rajat,
In the standard warehouse 0001, 9030 is identical to 9010, so I don't think you need to change it. But of course I cannot know which changes you have done.
I would nevertheless double-check the warehouse process type setup. In your screenshot, there are two delivery items (10 and 20) with two different item types. Do they also have different WPT? If you post manually item 10, do your goods get posted on the bin 9030-YD or on the TU? I would investigate in that direction in order to determine:

Hi Julio,
Currently we have maintained 9030 as source storage type and 9030-YD as Source bin in WPT.
This is yard storage type.
Please suggest do we need to change this.
Thanks and regards,
Pranab

Hi Rajat,
Maybe this is too obvious, but what is the warehouse process type for item 20 (returnable goods)? Maybe you just need to define as standard source type / bin (something like 9010 / GR-ZONE) for the WPT.
