Change Sender in task notificatin From WF-BATCH to personal

I have a requirement that i want to change the sender of task notifications form WF-BATCH to some personal like some generic email id . how can i do that ??? Please help me

Do you just mean the set-up of user wf-batch via SU01?

In Su01 we have the name of our site in the name fields, so staff receive emails from what looks like a generic company address.

Not sure if you meant something that easy, just we had to change ours recently.

Hi,

I have implemented e-recruiting, and I have the requirement of change the mail of the automatic sender erecruting -companyttt-com to erecruiting-company-com so this mail is associated to WF_BACTH, I tried to change by su01 but didn't work, I think it must goes for other tools or classes???, something like that, and another question is it possible to configure differents sender, I mean we manage differents countries, so my question is, can I have a sender by each country?? if it yes how can do it?

We recently changed the email address we use, and I only had to do this in SU01, so perhaps you have some different set-up sorry.

I don't know any way you could link to different email addresses for different areas. Our email address used to relate to the first system we brought workflow in for (EBP), but as we added ESS, e-rec etc we had to change the email to a generic name so it didn't confuse people.

What do you want to change exactly.Please Clarify.

You can easily give an email id by selecting Receipent Type under Mail tab to Email

and there specify the id.

But i am not getting what do you want.

Do you want to change the email address, or the name associated with the email address?

What sort of task notifications are these, how are they sent?

Ask your Basis to do that. He can only change the name discription. Once it change by him globaly it will be visible.
