Can't connect to Oracle with Crystal Reports XI

Having many years of experience with SQL Server, I figured this was going to be easy... but it is not. I have Oracle (OraDB10g) running on a server and I've been asked to make some Crystal Reports based on it. So I tried creating a new connection. The Ole DB (ADO) option had a provider that looked like it would work called "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle". However, it prompts me for a Service Name in addition to user and password, and I have no idea what to give it for service name. I think I have all the info I need, I just don't know how to present it. The server that is running Oracle is HCORACLE, and using something called "Oracle Net Manager" on that server I can see the following:

Server Identification

Service Name: heelclick

Connection Type: dedicated server

Address Configuration

Protocol: TCP/IP

Host Name: hcoracle.heelclick.com

Port Number: 1521

I am running Crystal Reports on a different machine with XP. Can someone let me know what needs to be done to make this connection? If it involves a download, please give me a link because I read somewhere that I might need "Data Direct" drivers but all links to a version for XI were dead ends.

Thanks,

Ben
