Crystalreports.com for salesforce

Hello All,

We run crystalreports.com for salesforce and have a few reports loaded onto crystalreports.com. However when running these reports, it takes what seems forever for the prompt screen to show up. Is there any reason why there is a 5-7 min delay in the prompt screen to show up? Sometimes the screen does not show up at all! We are using version 12 of crystal reports. If anyone can please help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try running your reports again? We started to see faster performance around 9:30am Pacific time in the US.

Still running pretty slow. Was there a performance issue? It usually is pretty quick but has been running slower the past 2 days or so.

Since the dte of your posting, the CRDC servers went under maintenance and should be running as expeted. Please reply if there are sstill issues with performance.
