Crystalreports.com for salesforce

Hello All,

We run crystalreports.com for salesforce and have a few reports loaded onto crystalreports.com. However when running these reports, it takes what seems forever for the prompt screen to show up. Is there any reason why there is a 5-7 min delay in the prompt screen to show up? Sometimes the screen does not show up at all! We are using version 12 of crystal reports. If anyone can please help me that would be greatly appreciated.
